| 摘 要： | 批评作为一种直击心灵的教育方式是一把双刃剑,如果运用得当可以起到激励和沟通的效果。由于批评对象的特殊性,监狱人民警察在运用过程中需要注重对批评的目的、对象、时机、场合、方式和善后的选择与把握,掌握批评技巧与策略,方能取得事半功倍的效果。

On Prison Police’s Critical Technique |

| Abstract: | Criticism, as a education way of hitting the heart, is a double-edged sword, and proper use can play a role of motivation and communication. Due to the particularity of the critical objects, the prison police need to pay more attention to the criticism purpose, object, time and occasion, master the skills and tactics, then can get twice the result with half the effort. |
