“一带一路”战略下的反腐败刑事司法合作

"一带一路"战略是中国提出的重大战略,其已经成为世界经济增长的"引擎"。经济合作是"一带一路"的战略核心,然而经济合作的重点在基础设施建设、金融合作、货物贸易、能源开发等领域。面对这些领域的经济利益,部分沿线国家法治落后,权力得不到有效制约,导致这些领域很容易产生贪污腐败。由此沿线各国应重点加强联合侦查、证据交换、犯罪引渡、赃款追缴等领域的反腐败刑事司法合作,这对打击腐败行为,确保"一带一路"战略实施尤为关键。

The Establishment of"The Belt and Road"under the Anti-corruption Criminal Judicial Cooperation

Since China has put forward "The Belt and Road" strategy, it has become the growth engine of the world economy, whose strategic core is the economic cooperation which includes the infrastructure construction, financial cooperation, trade in goods, energy development and other areas. Because the current legal situation in some involved countries is rather backward, and the government power could not be supervised effectively, corruption occurs frequently in such fields. Therefore, the countries involved should establish a unified anti-corruption criminal system to ensure that the strategy be carried out steadily, which is particularly important for all the countries.
