Application Research of Outward Bound in Police Rank Promotion Training---To Anhui Provincial Department of Justice Police Training Base as an Example

Outward bound is the experiential learning of physical exercise as a basis and “concise team, chal-lenge themselves” as the ultimate goal. This mode of education introduced in police rank promotion training, can form a comprehensive supplement to traditional education curriculum and play a positive role in training police team spirit, enhancing the police physical fitness, intervening the police job burnout and enhancing the police adaptability.
