| 摘 要： | 文章对创建仲裁心理学任务、内容和主要研究课题进行了阐述。其任务:一、认识仲裁主体的心理现象;二、预测仲裁主体的心理变化;三、调控仲裁的心理活动。其研究内容主要有:一、仲裁员角色转换的心理学问题;二、仲裁员培训(辅导)的心理学问题;三、仲裁员聘请工作的心理学问题。主要研究课题文章概括了十三个方面。
