| Abstract: | To carry on and promote scientific and the humanist spirits is what the time requires the ideological and political workers to do. Dislocation in the scientific spirit and the lack of the humanism in the ideological and political work is one of the main causes of superstition's popularity. Besides, as the important component of quality education, scientific and humanist spirits are the basis of talents and abilities of man. In order to keep modernization carrying out smoothly, it is the duty of the ideological and political workers to carry forward scientific and humanist spirits. |
