| 摘 要： | 行业协会在我国经济建设中发挥着重要作用,在现阶段,行业协会具有多项功能。但由于立法滞后,致使我国行业协会的功能建设存在不足。因此,将来立法应当通过几个途径完善行业协会的功能结构,为行业协会的发展提供制度保障:理顺行业协会与政府的关系,完善法人治理结构,赋予行业协会原告主体资格。
