| 摘 要： | 中日两国在东海大陆架划界问题上的症结在于:是按"自然延伸"标准采用"公平原则"划界,还是按"距离"标准采用"中间线"方法划界.从长远来看,以国际法为依据,本着务实态度,承认客观存在的分歧,综合考虑各种相关情况,和平解决东海划界争议,是中日两国的最佳选择.
