| 摘 要： | 江总书记"三个代表"重要思想的发表,为新时期党的建设指明了方向.作为党建工程主阵地的党校,必须以"三个代表"思想为指针,充分发挥对党员干部进行理论教育的重要作用.对党员干部进行党性锻炼的熔炉作用,发扬理论联系实际的优良传统,培养造就大批德才兼备的领导干部.
