劳动者的民主管理权及其实现路径分析

摘    要:劳动者的民主管理权是随着社会化大生产的发展而逐步加入到劳动权的权利谱系中的。劳动者的民主管理权的出现有其深刻的现实来源与理论基础。劳动者既是和谐企业的主体,又是和谐企业的创造者。因此,只有赋予劳动者民主管理权并制定相应的法律制度来保障其权利的行使,使劳动者在企业中的独立性与主人地位日益增强,才能促进劳动关系在新的基点上达到和谐。

Abstract:Laborer's democratic management right is put in the system of the labor rights step by step with the development of large-scale social production.And its appearance has deep real source and rationale.Laborer is not only the main body of the harmonious enterprise but also the creator of the harmonious enterprise.By giving democratic management right to the laborer and legislating relevant statutes to ensure the democratic management right's exertion,it makes laborer strengthen in independent character and host position in enterprise gradually and boost the labor relation reaching harmony on new base point consequently.
