| 摘 要： | 采用补体第八成份B基因(C8B)11号内含子特异性PCR扩增技术和直接TaqI消化处理,检测了121份中国成都地区汉族群体的DNA样本的C8B TaqI限制性片段长度多态性,首次证实了C8B Taq RFLP在中国群体的分布,其基因频率分别为C8B TaqI 2.6*=0.4463和C8B Taq 1.8,0.8*=0.5537.经计算其表现型频率分布符合Hardy-Weinberg定律,并与德国群体在该基因座的分布进行了比较.

| Abstract: | Abstrat:The enzyme TaqI restriction fragmen t length polymorphism(RFLP)of human eighth complement B gene(C8B)was studied in 121unrelated Chinese individuals living in Chengdu by using a special PCR -RFLP method.The gene frequencies were estimated as C8B TaqI 2.6*=0.4463and C8B TaqI 1.8,0.8*=0.5537respectively.The observed numbers are in good agreeme nt with Hardy -Weinberg expectation.A comparison of the C8B TaqI RFLP allele frequences indicated that it is different between the Chinese and Germany population(p <0.005) |
