| 摘 要： | 知情权是现代民主法制社会中公民享有的一项基本权利。我们应该正确认识侦查工作“透明化”的利弊,既要顺应法治潮流,赋予公众对侦查工作的知情权,又要规定一些必要的限制,在保障公民合法权利实现的同时,保证侦查工作的顺利进行。

| Abstract: | The right to know is a basic right of citizens in modern democratic society ruled by law.We should fully understand the advantages and disadvantages of transparentizing criminal investigation.On the one hand,the public should be endued the right to know.On the other hand,some indispensable limitation of such awareness has to be made,which helps to assure the efficiency of investigative work. |
