An Analysis to Evidence Collecting in Computer Crime

Being in the digital era,the computer crime problem becomes more and more serious,which makes the evidence collecting more and more important.Because the computer evidence collecting has its own characteristics which we can collect quickly,be easy to save,occupy small space,transfer conveniently,reshow as much as you need,be easy to operate as well,therefore there will be some suggestions as follows on some problems concerned,which will create an active contribution to punishment on computer crime.
