As a kind of zoology economy,Circular Economy,which emphasizes the harmony between the mankind and the nature,is one of the most important modes to realize sustainable development strategy.Our country is under the rapid development period of the industrialization nowadays.With the development of the economy and the growth of the population,the shortage of the resoures and the environment pollution became the serious problems.In order to realize the economical and the environment coordination development,the development of Circular Economy is the fundamental choice.The article discusses the Circular Economy characteristic and the superiority through narrating the Circular Economy is the strategic choice of China in the 21st century,After analysing its necessity and the feasibility under our country national conditions,the paper proposes countermeasures for our government on the macroscopic level.
