| 摘 要： | 当前,商业贿赂在许多领域发展蔓延,已经成为经济生活中的一个突出问题。治理商业贿赂涉及面广、政策性强,需要全社会共同参与,惩防并举,标本兼治。本文在分析商业贿赂的内涵、危害的基础上,阐述了治理商业贿赂在实践中应把握的法律政策界限,并提出了预防商业贿赂犯罪的对策建议。
