| Abstract: | The authors state that modern public law should develop itself according to the tendency of the reform of public service towards socialization and modernization. They point out that we should expand the scope of public service through the change of related institutions, establish the basic principles reasonably, develop a new public-private partnership public service model, reconstruct the procedure of public service and maturize the related public law for public service, thus to achieve the balance between the demand and supply of public service. |
