学习型公安派出所创建之路——从学习型组织理论维度看公安派出所建设

创建学习型公安派出所,是创建学习型公安机关,“形成学习型社会”的必然要求和组成内容。从学习型组织理论维度看,公安派出所建设应当注重构筑扁平化网络化的组织结构、信息共享、系统思考的自我超越人、共同愿景、组织学习、共同领导和成员创新等七个战略构件,并借鉴“三层七构件协同创建模式”,做到三个层面七个构件协同建设。
