| 摘 要： | 产业(集团)资产经营公司在完成其历史使命后,大批的无资产关系的改制企业将落地管理到区、县、乡镇,到时将出现市产业工会真空状态。因此,关于产业工会组织建设的研究已是迫在眉睫。
