| 摘 要： | 道德发挥着其他调控方式所不能起到的作用,影响着人们的社会实践,从而影响科学发展观的落实。科学发展观包含了深刻的人文精神,在伦理标准、权利主体、道德责任、社会公正、平等等方面赋予传统道德新的内容,把握科学发展观的伦理蕴涵,对落实科学发展观有重要的作用。

| Abstract: | Morality can exert the influence that the other controlling way can not. It can influence the people’s social behavior. It will influence the people’s social behavior so as to influence the development concept. The scientific development concept contain deep humanist spirits. It can enrich the concept of the traditional morality, such as the ethnic standards, the principal part of rights, the ethnic responsibility, social justice and equality. It is important to grasp the implication to the scientific development concept of ethic for carrying out the scientific developing concept. |
