Gender Analysis on Law and Its significance

Gender analysis on law refers to the analytic criticizing on the law constructed by the androcentric tradition from the perspective of gender,finding and pointing out the shaping and constructing of gender discrimination and obedient status of women by law,then recreating the rules of law reflecting gender equality,especially the reasonable requirements of women,building the legal system with gender justice.The analytical research and constructing is the necessary modification of legal concept and methodology of androcentrism,as well as an active reform on legal system of gender inequality of androcentrism.
