摘    要:国外师资改革发展的趋势 :提高师资培养层次 ,延长师资培养年限 ,改革师资培养课程 ,加强基础课程 ,师资培养的多层化趋势 ,师资培养制度的多元化趋势 ,教师专业化趋势。针对我国少数民族地区师资培养现状 ,借鉴国外师资改革的成功经验 ,提高我国民族地区师资质量的举措是 :提高培养层次 ,建立教师教育一体化制度 ,走专业化发展道路 ,拓展渠道 ,建立多元化师资培养制度 ,积极稳步推进少数民族地区师资师范教育的教学改革 ,改革少数民族民族地区师范教育的招生、分配制度 ,加大力度培养“双语”教师

Abstract:In the light of condition of teachers training in ethnic areas of our country,using successful experience of foreign reform on teachers,the author puts forwards concrete measures on improving teachers' quality of ethnic areas of our country,i.e,establishing integrated system of teachers and education,setting up plural system of teachers training,reforming admissions and allocations system of normal education in ethnic areas and strengthening training of bilingual teachers.
