警察的政治性研究论纲

警察的政治性即警察的政治属性,是指警察在政治生活中所表现的内生的政治性质、外在的政治特征和当下的政治状态等。警察的政治性质内生于警察与国家的同起同源,与国家发展的相生相随;警察的政治特征外在于警察作为公共权力对每个公民的自由和权利进行限制与保护的过程中;为实现警察权与公民权的和谐,为实现警察在现时代的政治合法性,才有警察政治性的当下表现国家警事的社会化,即警事治理。
