卓越法律人才目标导向下的法学课堂教学模式

培养卓越法律人才是当前法学教育的目标，在此目标指引下，法学教学应当探索新的模式。传统的讲授型法学教学模式已不能适应培养卓越法律人才的需要。美国的诊所法律教育在培养学生的实践能力方面确有优势，然而又不可能完全取代法学课堂教学。由于司法考试与卓越法律人才教育目标相似，因而可以将司法考试作为卓越法律人才教育的课堂教学目标，在法学课堂教学中，应充分发挥司法考试的导向作用，实现培养卓越法律人才的目标。

The Classroom Teaching Mode for Law under the Orientation of the Target of Outstanding Legal Talents

To cultivate outstanding legal talents is the aim of nowadays law education. Under the orientation of the aim, a new mode should be found for the teaching of law. The traditional teaching mode of lecture can not meet the need of the cultivation for outstanding legal talents. American legal clinic education can be taken as reference because of its advantages in training students＇ practical ability, but it can not take the place of classroom teaching. Since judicial examination has the same aim as the education for outstanding legal talents, the former can be the classroom teaching aim of the latter. In the classroom teaching, teachers should bring the orientation of judicial ex- amination into full play and realize the aim of the education.
