基于消费者视角的食品质量安全生产可行性探析

通过构建质量安全成本函数，定性研究了提高质量安全水平对生产者收入的影响。比较了不同条件下提高食品质量安全水平对生产行为影响的差异性。初步认为质量安全水平的提高，对生产者来说有其经济上的可行性。一是长期的质量安全成本会趋于下降，存在利润增加的空间；二是可以寻求到最大化的利润点。

A Consumer-Based Analysis of the Production on Food Quality Safety

This paper qualitatively studies the influences of the quality-safety improvement on the producer's incomes by building the function of quality safety cost.It compares the differences in various influences of improving food quality-safety on the production behaviors under different conditions.This paper preliminarily holds that the improvement of quality-safety levels can offer an economic feasibility for the producers:one is due to the long-run cost which will tend to decline and there will be a profit-rising margin;and the other is that it I possible to determine the maximum profit point.
