| 摘 要： | "致人而不致于人"是<孙子兵法>十三篇贯穿始终的谋略思想."致人"就是支配、调动、制约敌方,即紧握主动权"不致于人"即不被敌人所调动,所控制.将此思想运用于警察格斗中,能够更好地打击制服罪犯和控制犯罪,减少或避免民警在执法战斗中的伤亡.

| Abstract: | Control and counter-control" is an important military strategy in the work of Sunzi Military Tactics.Control means the control of the enemy and the initiative.And counter-control means avoidance of being controlled by the enemy.If such a tactic can be applied to the police's fistfight,it will be more effective to crack down on criminals and control the crimes so that the injuries of the police will decrease or be avoided. |
