吉林省社会主义新农村建设问题研究

本文从吉林省农村发展的现状入手,通过概述吉林省农村自然地理情况、经济总体水平、基础设施建设、社会事业发展、基层组织建设以及各级党委、政府加强"三农"工作的相关政策,基本了解吉林省省情和现阶段"三农"工作的基本状况。在此基础上,对照吉林省社会主义新农村建设的远景目标及国内其它地区的建设情况,找出吉林省在农村发展上所具有的优势及存在的突出问题,并从历史到现实、从主观到客观深刻分析其成因。提出在吉林省建设社会主义新农村的基本措施和可供选择的模式。
