| 摘 要： | 我国的法律援助制度刚刚起步 ,无论是理论上的研究还是实践中的举措都还不甚完善、科学 ,还有若干问题亟待探索和解决 ,如法律援助的现实意义、对象、范围、方式、机构设置、资金来源等 ,这些也正是我国建立和实施有中国特色的法律援助制度所必须解决的问题。

| Abstract: | Legal aid system was just set forth.Neither its theoretical research nor its practice comes perfect or scientific.Many issues are expected to be probed into and settled,such as its realistic meaning,objects,scope,means,organization,and source of funds,etc.All these are the very problems that should be solved in the course of establishing and carrying out the legal aid sgstem with Chinese characteristics in our country. |
