| 摘 要： | 现阶段,面对劳动关系的现实挑战,建设中国特色社会主义企业文化,必须以科学发展观为指导,坚持“以人为本”的原则,调动和发挥职工群众的积极性,关注企业文化建设中企业内部的劳动关系调整问题,努力在企业内部形成和谐的劳动关系。

| Abstract: | Being faced with challenges of industrial relations at present,in order to build socialism corporation culture with Chinese characteristics,we should be guided by the scientific concept of development,insist on the principle of people-centred,give full play of workers' enthusiasm,pay attention to the issue of coordinating labor relations in corporations,and make efforts to build harmonious labor relations inside corporations. |
