经济法研究的管理学分析方法初探

自建立社会主义市场经济体制及依法治国的基本国策以来,我国经济法研究领域僵化的模式被打破,思想的解放,经济体制的转变,带来了经济法研究方法的大繁荣,各种研究方法不断出现,成果颇为丰硕。本文尝试总结目前国内的主要经济法理论研究方法,并尝试运用管理学研究方法构建经济法理论研究的管理学分析方法模型,试图从新的视角来分析经济法理论问题。

On Method of Management Analysis in Economic Law Study

The ossification pattern is broken in our economic law study field,and so the ideological emancipation and the change of the economic system have brought that economic law studying methods prosper and various studying methods appear unceasingly,in which achievements are rather abundant and excellent,since the basic state policy of establishing the socialist market economy and managing state affairs according to law was established.The author attempts to sum up our domestic main economic law theory studying methods at present,and to apply principles of management to construct the principles of management analysis model to do economic law theory studies,and tries to analyze the theory to study economic law at the new visual angle.
