| 摘 要： | 从一般领导力形成因素来考察,军队政治工作领导干部领导力形成因素是由“三观两感”、“六种素质”和“八种能力”构成的。提升军队政治工作领导干部的领导力,需确立政治领导力为核心的理念、以提升非职权影响力为重点、正确认识和解决各种制约领导力的因素。

| Abstract: | seeing about the factors influencing leadership ability,the factors which influences leadership ability of leader of political work are constituted by three sights and two senses,six diathesis and eight abilities.To advance leadership ability of leader of political work,we should establish the idea of regarding political leadership ability as the core,upgrade non-authority influence as the emphases and correctly recognize and resolve some factors which restricts leadership ability. |
