| 摘 要： | 根据政治参与是否符合法律或制度规定的有关程序,可将政治参与分为制度化政治参与和非制度化政治参与两种类型。非制度化政治参与的大量出现成为中国当代政治中的突出问题。本文试图以厦门PX事件作为样本,以公民权利的视角来分析非制度化参与中的各种问题,以公民权利为基石,寻求解决非制度化政治参与的有效路径。
