| 摘 要： | 我国土地征用存在诸如土地征用权滥用 ,征用程序不严格、不民主 ,征地补偿范围过窄、标准过低等一系列问题。本文针对这些问题 ,提出了我国土地征用制度的改革思路 ,具体提出了七点改革建议。
