| 摘 要： | 损害赔偿是对商誉侵权活动进行民事救济的基本方式之一。然而 ,由于相关制度的不足 ,严重地制约着这一救济方式作用的发挥。基于此 ,本文运用民法学基本理论对我国现行商誉侵权损害赔偿制度中存在的诸多问题作了简要评析 ,并进而提出对其完善的基本思路。

| Abstract: | Compensation is a kind of basic method about legal remedy of infringement of commercial goodwill.But the drawbacks of related systems make the method difficult to be effective So,by applying the basic theories of civil law,this article analyzes some problems which lie in the systems about compensation of infringement of commercial goodwill in our country.On the other hand,some suggestions are put forward to the related systems. |
