| Abstract: | The author was talking about the main characteristics of the computer crime, and pointed out the criminal measures that control the computer crime. Namely: strengthen and perfect the legislative work of computer, establish the legal system perfectly, tighten up the investigation and detection work to the computer crime case, strengthen the tactics of investigation and interrogation, enhance the investigative cooperation, promote the investigative efficiency. |
