| Abstract: | The research on the Party's all previous central conferences since the 3rd Plenary Session of 11th Party Central Committee and 30 years'history of the reform and opening up reviewed with central conference as main line and skeleton is a general perspective for the object evaluation and recognition of the party's leadership of 30 years' of the reform and opening up as well as a neglected one. |
