摘    要:随着知识经济的兴起和现代社会的飞速发展,图书馆服务质量危机问题日益凸现。只有紧紧把握社会需求,把为读者开发信息资源作为图书馆改革的重要方向,发挥各种资源优势,拓展服务功能,才能化解图书馆服务危机,为社会提供更好的服务。

Abstract:Along with the rising of the knowledge - based economy and the rapid development of modern society, the quality crisis of the library service is emerging. Only by holding the society tightly, taking the development of information resources for readers as the important direction of the library reform, using advantages of all kinds of resources and extending the service function, can the library solve the library service crisis and provide better service for the society.
