| 摘 要： | 宁夏南部山区农民要彻底摆脱贫困,必须做到经济扶贫与文化扶贫并重,物质扶贫与精神扶贫同步,能动地变革特定社区落后的社会文化因素,传播、注入有活力的现代文化因子,使该区域的社会群体意识发生深刻变化,从而使之能够更好地适应现代生产力的发展。

| Abstract: | In order to let farmers in the mountain area of southern Ningxia thoroughly get rid of poverty, we should pay equal attention to economic poverty alleviation and cultural poverty alleviation. At the same time, we should develop material and spiritual poverty alleviation together and change the backward social culture factors of particular community into viable modern cultural factors to deeply change the consciousness of the regional social group, so that it can better adapt to the development of modern productive forces. |
