| 摘 要： | 行政检查是行政管理中的一项重要内容,作为一种职权行为,它具有强制力和羁束力,其实施常常以限制或剥夺公民的基本权利为代价。在我国现行法律体系中有关行政检查的法律规范比较缺乏,特别是缺乏完善而统一的程序性规范。因此,从程序上规范和控制行政检查,就成为构建行政检查法制体系必须完成的一项重要任务。

| Abstract: | Adiministrative inspection is an important content in administrative management.However,actinga s an authority with coercive and binging force,its implementation is of ten to limit or deprive the fundamental rightso fcitizens.The legal rules of adiministrative inspection is comparative lack in Chinese current system,especially inp receduralrules.Therefore,it is an importment task to construct the legal system of adiministrative inspection fromp rocedural regulation and control. |
