| 摘 要： | 侦查法律关系本质上是在侦查机关、犯罪嫌疑人以及审判机关之间产生的一种程序性法律关系。从结构上看 ,它包括侦查主体、侦查客体和内容即侦查权 (力 )利义务等三项要素。
