| Abstract: | This paper compares from three aspects the differences and similarities between Chinese and foreign concepts of crime prevention. First, it elaborates respectively the Chinese and foreign concepts of crime prevention and makes a comparison between them. Second, it expounds the Chinese and foreign crime prevention systems and their differences. Third, it expounds the evaluation on the effects of crime prevention respectively in Chinese and foreign countries and their differences. |
