| 摘 要： | 人本法律文化是指主体有关法和法律生活的群体性认知、评价、法律心态和行为模式等，是以人为中心的．是以法为人服务为目标的法律文化模式。法律文化发展和变革的总体趋势是从人本法律文化向和谐法律文化的现代演进：和谐法律文化是对人本法律文化的进一步发展与完善，其核心内涵体现为以促进社会和谐为目标的法律制度构建、法律文化诸元素之间的协调一致以及法律和谐文化的构筑。

| Abstract: | Humanistic legal culture refers to the cognition,evaluation,mind-set and behavioral pattern of legal subjects.It is based on human orientation.Law is in the service of human being.The trend of contemporary development and transformation of legal culture is from humanistic legal culture to harmonious legal culture.Harmonious law system and accordance of legal cultural elements are the prime embodiment of harmonious legal culture.At present,establishment of harmonious legislation notion,cultivation of harmonious law enforcement environment and raise of people＇s law awareness are sensible choice leading to successful construction of harmonious legal culture. |
