| 摘 要： | AS recently as twenty years ago there was nil likelihood of seeing an overweight person on any Chinese street. Hard physical labor and limited rations were among the main reasons. Today, one in five Beijingers is obese. Why? Specialists blame modernization and resultant changes in lifestyle.
