| 摘 要： | 政党的产生是人类政治文明发展的重大成就,也是人类政治文明进一步完善的领导力量。中国的政治文明建设必须坚持中国共产党的领导。因此,加强党的建设,不仅关系党自身的生存和发展,更关系中国政治文明的发展和进步,关系到三个文明全面发展的小康社会的实现。只要坚持党的领导和加强党的建设,中国的政治文明的目标一定能够实现。
