| 摘 要： | 经过长时间的发展,美国的法学教育走在世界前列。美国的法学教育是大学本科教育后的职业教育,课程设置灵活,充分反映了职业性特点;教学方法也日益完善以利于学生顺利毕业和满足司法实践的需要。

| Abstract: | American legal education leads the world after a long period of development.American legal education is vocational education after undergraduate education.The courses are flexible,which fully reflects the characteristics of occupation.The methods of teaching have improved steadily in order that students can graduate and in order to satisfy the needs of the judicial practice. |
