| Abstract: | Keeping the sex ratio of birth population in the normal range is one significant basis for harmonious society.The sex ratio of birth population of ShaanXi is apparently higher than the normal figure,and is tending to increase,the result of which brings great harm to constructing harmonious society.We should adopt many strategies as well as methods to control and improve. |
