| 摘 要： | 我国民事立法中并没有监护报酬的规定,然而世界许多发达国家都有相关的规定。本文从经济和法律两个途径分析在我国建立监护报酬制度的必要性。并对监护报酬制度在我国应如何构筑提出了一些自己的见解。
