当代利益群体多元化与优化我国政党制度的整合功能

一个社会是否能够良性运转和发展,很大程度上依赖于其是否能够获得协调各种矛盾和利益冲突的政党制度。转型时期的中国社会呈现出利益分化加剧,利益群体多元化。随着改革的深入,利益群体间的利益矛盾又空前复杂、社会冲突增多、政治资源的弥散性分布加大。这种变化将不可避免地对我国政党制度的整合机制带来诸多挑战。为此,当代中国政党制度必须在坚持自身整合机制优势的前提下,强化中国共产党在社会整合中的核心作用,优化其整合政治资源的功能以及适应社会变迁的结构功能。

How to Strengthen the Coordination Function of the CPC while the Interest-Concerned Parties being Diversified

The virtuous circle of a society depends in much degree on whether its party in power can coordinate various kinds of contradiction and clash.In the transform period of China,the contradiction of interest becomes more intensive and the parties concerned become more diversified.As the reform is deepened,the contradictions of interest among various kinds of party become most complicated with social clashes increasing and political resources spreading.Under this situation,the coordination function of the CPC is facing great challenge,so the CPC should strengthen its key position and its function of fitting the social changes.
