加入WTO后长春市文化产业发展的对策研究

WTO服务贸易总协定关于化产业的规范原则，对我国传统化产业的发展提出了新的要求。面对新形势，长春市应当结合自身实际，发挥化品牌、传统资源、经济实力等优势，把演出娱乐业、广播电视业、影视业、新闻出版业作为未来化产业的主攻方向，积极推进化产业的规模化、集团化、集约化经营。同时，政府要根据WTO的运行规则，进一步转变职能，强化宏观调控和政策扶持，为化产业健康快速发展提供一个宽松、有序的社会环境。

Study of Countermeasures in Development of Cultural Enterprises in Changchun after Entering WTO

The standard principle about cultural enterprises in WTO general agreement on service business puts forward new demands to our traditional cultural enterprises.In face of this new situation,Changchun City should combine its own reality,bring into play the advantages in cultural brand,traditional resources and economic strength,take performance and entertainment,broadcasting and television,films,press and publication as the main direction of future cultural enterprises and actively promote the large-scale,group and intensive operation of cultural enterprises.At the same time,the government should further change its function according to WTO operation principle,strengthen micro-adjustment and support in policy,and provide a free and orderly social environment for the healthy and fast development of cultural enterprises.
