| 摘 要： | 依法治档是依法治国方略的有机组成部分。档案法制工作是社会主义法制的重要组成部分。加强档案法制工作是依法治档的需要,是促进档案事业不断发展的重要保障。依法治档要围绕党和国家工作大局,坚持法制宣传教育与思想道德教育、法制实践相结合,加强档案法制观念,使档案工作更好地为国家建设服务。
