犯罪位与对策位——从对称现象的存在说起

犯罪现象也是一种生态现象,任何生态都有其新陈代谢,犯罪生态现象也是社会新陈代谢的一种。从社会存在的源头高度上来考察,还应当辩证地看待犯罪问题。如果我们把犯罪看成是社会的一种代谢物,那么就要尽可能采取相应的对策,使其尽可能少地出现。对各种刑事犯罪的治理要如此,对腐败犯罪的治理更要如此。
