本文通过对行政诉讼主要程序的经济分析 ,力求达到一个普遍性的结论 ,从而为更好地设计行政诉讼制度服务。文章共分三部分 ,第一部分探究行政诉讼经济分析的方法 ,并从宏观上构架经济分析的主要内容 ;第二部分重点对行政诉讼的主要程序如起诉、审判、再审等作经济分析 ,同时 ,为了使整个分析具有连贯性、逻辑性 ,该部分还特别对起诉后原被告交换信息的情况作了简要分析 ;第三部分是笔者通过对行政诉讼程序的经济分析得到的一些感悟 ,以期得到读者的共鸣

The Economic Analysis of the Administrative Actions

This essay is to draw a general conclusion through the economic analysis on the major proceedings in the administrative actions, and to be helpful for the construction of the administrative proceeding system. It is composed of three sections: Section one is to research the methodology for the economic analysis of the administrative proceedings, and to construct the macro content of the analysis; section two is of the economic analysis on the major stages of the administrative proceedings, such as the institution of the proceedings, the trial, and the retrial, etc; at the same time, in consideration of the consistency and the logicality, the exchange of information between the plaintiff and the defendant after the action is especially discussed in this section; section three is the author's thoughts through the analysis, trying to seek for the readers' comment.
